| Robert was a great American. He was confident, competent, humble and always had a wry smile ready to flash to brighten any moment. I had the utmost confidence in his ability - he was an outstanding Infantry Platoon Leader and I am proud to be able to say that I served with him. There is not a soldier in this unit that is not affected by this loss, and our hearts go out to the Seidel family. |
