I was so saddened to read about your deep loss in Emily's death. It is such a tragedy when the life of such a bright and viberant person is snuffed out. We cannot know why God allowed this to happen or what the purpose of this is, we can only rest in the assurance that God's will is perfect. You can be very proud of Emily, both in her accomplishments and in her heart to serve her country and protect her family. She was one of a selected few for this calling. I praise her for that and you for raising her with those values. Your loss cannot be consoled with these thoughts, but know that millions of Americans appreciate her (and your) sacrifice.
