2LT Emily Perez, in my opinion, will always be a loyal soldier, dedicated leader and an outstanding spiritual motivator. She will forever be a shining star with a gift of inspiration to everybody that knew her. She was always challenging herself to not only accomplish the mission, but to achieve the highest level possible in any task that she was given. Emily, I am so thankful to god and grateful to you for your honest, true spirit and most of all, your friendship. May god rest your soul, I will never forget, but always remember you. ?An Aunt, Daughter, Friend and a Soldier, no matter what?she will forever be family and my Sister.? 1SG Johnny S Williams |
