Dennis, I came upon a movie stub from 1995...can you believe that? We had gone to see French Kiss with your brother, my sister and a few other people from camp. I saw it, smiled, then cried because I remembered that you aren't here. Every time I think of you it hurts my heart that you gave up your life for everyone. You selflessly fought for our freedom and put your future aside for all of america. I hope your family knows just how special that makes you. I will be at your Memorial walk next month. It's the least I could do for someone who gave up everything for something he believed in. I hope you are safe and watching over your family every day. We all miss you terribly. I wish I could see your smile one more time... |
