To the Fraser family, I am deeply saddened for your loss. I had the fortunate opportunity to coach Dave while he was at West Point. He was a tireless worker and a true leader. My memories of him, though, extend beyond the track. Dave was one of the most compassionate and sincere Christian men I came across during my time at the Academy. I rejoice in knowing that he is in a better place with our Father. May God bless you and keep you during this trying time. VR, LTC Tony and Christy Benitez |
