As a plebe in B-1, I remember being told that we should choose a firstie who we wanted to be like and model ourselves after them. For me, and I know most of us... It was Ryan. He was an amazing guy, a stud in all aspects with an easy-going personality and smile. This choice was reaffirmeed when I was sent down to Ft. Bragg for CTLT and ran into Ryan again. I am honored for the time that I was able to spend with him and Haley during CTLT. For me, the greatest thing about Ryan will be the little moments where you could see Ryan and his love for others, family, and life. Ryan was, and is still my hero.
