I first met Brian at Congressman Huffington's office in Santa Barbara, CA. We were interviewing with our Congressman to gain acceptance to WP. I'll never forget that day and the incredible impression Brian made on me. He was one of a kind -- a great friend, a great officer, a tremendous person.
