It saddens me greatly to hear that so many people will not have the opportunity to know Jake Fritz as I did. Jake always brightened the day and had a love for learning and for people. I saw Jake in Fall 2004 when I was back at WP for my wedding and he was so excited about joining the Army and graduating. From knowing Jake, I know that the life lessons that he gave his troops and the dedication to service that he displayed will carry with each of those soldiers forever. I know that I am a better person for knowing Jake Fritz and I pray that he knows how proud of him I am! |
