| Phillip Neel was a great and treasured friend of mine, and I will miss him greatly. My heart goes out to his family in this time of suffering. Phil Neel got me through beast by teaching me to shine my shoes; sometimes, exasperated, he would shine one for me while I did the other. Never was there a more selfless brother. Be thou at peace, my brother. |
