Dear Col and Mrs Neel, Please accept our sincerest sympathies to you and your family at this sad time. Words can not adequately express our appreciation for the sacrifice your son has made. We too are West Point parents from Texas and share your pride and admiration for Phillip's many accomplishments and contributions. We regret that we did not know him personally.
