To the Neel Family, Our hearts are very heavy tonight on the loss of Phil, such a wonderful, humble, intelligent and caring young man. He was the first buddy of our son William Murray that we met at prep school. Phil always made special time to talk to us no matter how busy he was. He always had that wonderful smile and enjoyed every moment, loved to tell us about the jumps he made - even if it meant he only grabbed a sandwich for dinner. He guided others to do the right thing and we will honor him in our thoughts and prayers always. love Bill and Liz Murray |
