Phil, Wow, I grieve but I am filled with mixed emotions. I know you have finished the race in which I am still running. You have received the prize for which you were promised. May the Lord be glorified not just by your life but by your death. May all know that Phil repented of his sins and believed in the deity of Jesus Christ and therefore lived with the hope of his eternal salvation. He understood he was a sinful man, as he had broken God's commands, but he lived with the promise of Christ's death as the payment for his sins (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23 and John 3:16). This Easter we celebrate Christ's resurrection and your life Phil. See you soon my friend! Charlie |
