To: Family of 1 Lt. Phillip Neel: You have my deepest sympathy for your loss. There can be nothing more painful than losing a child, even when the child is an adult and a soldier. I can say nothing to ease your pain and fill the hole that is in your hearts. It is a tragedy, but know that Phillip is a hero and a Great American. America is strong only because of men like Phillip. We cannot answer the "why" question about Phillip's death, but have faith.
