To the parents of 1st Lt. Phillip Neel, Words may not comfort you; please accept our expression of condolence through the prayers we offer up to God with special intentions for the Neel Family during this "most difficult" time. The Army has lost a brave warrior, leader and soldier. The Neel family has given up their most precious gift, a loving dutiful son. Phillip, a loyal servant, has been returned to God's loving and protecting arms. Our daughters and sons from the Class of 2005, like so many from the "Long Gray Line" before them have sacrificed so much.
