Phillip Neel, You are great friend to me and you will always be with me. Thank you for all your help at Prep School. If it wasn't for you living across the hall from me, I probably wouldn't be where I am today. You were always a very humble man, always ready to crack a joke and talk about family. It has been a honor to be your friend and you have touched many lives. I truly believe GOD and ST. MICHAEL needed a good paratrooper by their sides. It seems like yesterday that I called you and you were so pumped about graduating from Ranger school and even shorter when I talked to you before we left for Iraq.
