Dear Neel family, Phil and I were roommates second semester of plebe year. I looked up to him as an older brother. There were many times I looked to him to know what right looked like. He was an outstanding role model. When I saw him before the march in on graduation day I was proud to have spent a semester with him. I was proud to be walking across the same stage as him.
