Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Bobbie Kim McGlaughlin on April 17, 2007:

"People will not remember everything you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel."

Phil, my first encounter with you was at an Officer's Christian Fellowship retreat at White Sulphur Springs, Pennsylvania. You were a firstie, I was a yuk. We found ourselves sitting together on one of the many couches in the main living room, and I recall feeling quite disheartened with the trials and tribulations of my yuk year; I don't quite remember everything that you said to me, but you made me feel better about life by being a genuine, kindhearted individual to talk to, and that, I will always remember. You're an inspiration and a true warrior for God and country. See you on the other side.
