| It seem like just the other day we watched you walk around the corner at the Amarillo air port and wave to your mom "Bye". Who would have thought it would be the last time to see such a wonderful young man as he went off to defend our country. I think of you every day -- with sorror and gratefulness. Gratefulness in having known you. What an impact you had and still have on our town, community, and my family. We love and miss you so much. Tomorrow is the 2nd annual 1st Lt. Ben Britt Fun Run/Walk for Wheeler. So... many many people will be thinking of Ben and all he stood for. Thanks to you and all the others that have given so much for all of us...... we really do not have any idea how much you and the others gave as well as what those still there are giving. God be with them and us. |
