| "Budge"Bingham was my classmate in Co C, USCC. He was one of the out outstanding infantry officers in our Class, earned the DSC at Normandy, commanded 2d Bn 16th Inf at Omaha Beach. A credit to West Point. A long-time and honored friend. |
