Avery, You always exceeded everyone's expectations, in fitness, in character, in life, and in kindness. I am proud to have known you, and I look forward to the day when we meet again. It sounds trite to say, but your class is proof that only the good die young. While you were taken from us early, I am comforted by the fact that your character gives meaning to the phrase "the honored fallen." I will do my very best to live each day between now and the time we meet again in a way that would make you proud and be worthy of your sacrifice. I miss you Garrison. God bless you.
