Gerry was one of those tall lankey guys who lived just down the way in Central Area providing shade for those of us in A-2 and because of our sizes we would go about our business easily unless one looked down or up as the case may be. Like all our tall Classmates in the first Regiment we bacame fast friends as we faught our mutual 'enemy' the Tactical Department. But alas Gerry picked the Air Force thus ending a chapter in both our books of life. Now he travels the blissful halls of eternity until we meet again as we all must. Rest in peace. See ya on the other side. T:) |
