Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Catherine Gallez on February 14, 2020:

Today is the day of your birth, Valentine Day . You were indeed a sweetheart of sweethearts.

You leave your legacy with your son Scott. He holds your values of Honor duty and country. Your family values are instilled in him. Daniel David and I are so pleased you were able to meet your first grandchild and grandson before you left us.

We visited the Veterans Memorial in Santa Barbara that you worked so very hard to achieve. Your legacy lives on through your dedication not only for the Vets Memorial but your ever ending battle with cancer and all of those you help unselfishly.

It was an honor to have you as a guest in our home. You filled our home with delightful stories, strumming on the guitar and the simple pleasure of being in your company.

Your Father Col. Fredrick Easley, your Mother Margaret and West Point taught you the true sense of honor.

You will leave in many hearts forever.
