| I have known and been privileged to serve with both Jeff and his brother. Boundless enthusiasm, eternal optimism and a profound sense of service are among the memories that stir inside of me a sad sense of both personal and professional loss with the passing of this superb soldier, great man and good friend. As always, we are immensely proud of his contributions to our segment of the Long Grey Line and can count upon him to prepare the way and be there to greet when we again meet in the beyond. |
