John, I have thought of you often in the 34 plus years since your untimely death. We had planned on getting together to go fishing for trout that spring. I'l always remember your positive, cheerful attitude. The times we spent together in the 1st Signal Battalion, in Neu Ulm, Germany. The hard work together in D Company during the REFORGER move to Fort Hood, Texas. And the time in Fort Hood as part of the 366th Signal Battalion. May you rest in peace. Gone but not forgotten. |
