I served with Ray in Saudi Arabia as part of the Riyadh District. He and Sally did a great job in Taif, where he was supervising the construction of F-15 facilities. Credit really needs to go to Sally because Taif was a rather isolated location with very few Americans. We later overlapped our tours at West Point (1976-1979). Ray was an outstanding individual and officer and will be missed. Frank Hall USMA 63 |
