Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Bruce Brown on July 13, 2014:

Lorraine,
I would like to offer my deepest sympathies. Rich was a good friend and a fine man.

We spent more than one trip together to New York and had some great times there. We met up at Snuffy's Firstie Year with the others- maybe a bit more than we all should have!

I remember Rich, like many of the others, as always a cheerful, happy person.
He took time to teach me some of the fundamentals of wrestling which I'd missed in class, even though we were on competing intramural teams, but he was that kind of a person.

Travel and work separated me from many of our classes activities, but I was able to catch up with him on a few of our recent reunions. He turned out to be the same man he was at school. I consider myself proud to have been a friend.
