Jim and I are both branch transfers from the infantry. While at FT Rucker he encouraged me to volunteer with him for a local Special Olympics event. Now, back then getting me to volunteer for anything more than a golf tournament was quite a chore. That weekend was likely my initial attempt at being more philanthropic; not Jim's. Thanks for the shove. Blue skies, my friend. |
