After graduation, Laura and I left Michie Stadium with our diplomas in hand wearing broad grins. When we got to the mess hall, we both received our first salutes together. We both handed our silver dollars to two newly minted yuks. Laura was kind, intelligent, and respected by both her classmates and her officer leaders. I can't add much more than what's been said or what will be said, other than the fact that she will be missed by me, too. 2LT Isaac Erbele |
