He was my first Company Commander when I took over as G4 TAC. He quickly became one of my favorites. His smile and spirit were infectious beyond the Academy. He often visited my house and became close to my children; who miss him dearly. His death was a hard one. They are are all tough, but Daren's especially. We think of him often. My kids and I will never forget you Daren for you will forever be in our hearts. Go in peace my brother. |
