To Jacks family and friends I extend my deepest sympathies, Being a fellow plebe on the hockey team with Jack I was fortunate to see him just about everyday. Jack attitude and smile got many of us and me personally through a lot of days. As most of you know your plebe year here at West Point is not suppose to be very fun and it isn't, unless you have a friend like Jack Heinmiller. Jack had a way of making the worst times here bearable and the rest of the time here great. He made the most of his cadet experience and will be sorely missed by the team, in particular us plebes who have gotten to know him very well. In my time of sorrow now I cannot help but laugh and smile when I think of all the stories of Jack, he was one in a million. My thoughts and prayers go out to anyone who knew Jack. |
