"When the Great Scorer comes to write against against your name- He marks - not that you won or lost - but how you played the game" In Dick Chilcoat's case he will mark he played it very well, very well indeed with duty, honor and devotion to country as his motto. I had little occasion to interact with Dick at the Academy and never in the army but he always impressed me. I am honored to be his classmate. Howard Wilson |
