Be Thou At Peace

| I met Jack through WP.ORG as an advisor later in his life. He was larger than life and a mentor. He was wise, funny, and caring. He served WP.ORG and its members tremendously, as he did his country and his family. I read of many of his exploits in Vietnam and elsewhere, and every one of them comported with the man that I knew. Somewhere behind the Pearly Gates, Jack is planning some spirit mission. He is also keeping an eye on us, helping us continue to serve. Jack, we will miss you; you were a great man. Be thou at peace. |
